About

My name is Ahmed Belgacem. I’m a Tunisian Machine Learning Research Scientist based in Belgium. I work at Multitel, where I’m currently focusing on fine-grained classification, diffusion models, and edge computing.

My background combines two Master’s degrees: one in Artificial Intelligence and Big Data from Paris Dauphine University, and another in Software Engineering from the National Institute of Applied Sciences and Technology (INSAT) in Tunisia. This dual training gives me a systems-oriented mindset and a practical approach to AI development.

Outside of work, I’m a photographer, a film enthusiast, and an occasional music curator. This website brings those interests together.
It includes:

  • A tech blog — mostly notes and writeups for my own reference, but hopefully useful to others too.

  • A photography portfolio.

  • And a personal film diary.
